January 1976, you've just created your own video game company. You are renting a tight place that allows you to develop your first game. Quickly, your games are successful and you already have to move, but it is up to you to cross the city to pick your next local. In the blink of an eye you are hiring artists to improve the visual aspect of your games. Next came developers and then testers.
But a problem remains, even if your games are brilliant, you don't have enough fans to self-publish a big game to make your studio profitable. You will have to turn to video game editors who will carve out the lion's share. Chaining successes is the only way of getting rid of the publishers. Furthermore you will be able to publish your own publishing contracts. Then you will then be ready to dominate the market and buy back your competitors.

City Game Studio offers several levels of difficulty. From a leisurely stroll to a permanent challenge, you'll be able to find the difficulty that suits you best.
For those who want to explore the game in all its nooks and crannies, there's a sandbox mode. You control your gaming experience by setting up each new game.
City Game Studio is the outcome of several years' work by a single living being - well, a single human being. Except for the soundtrack, which was composed by a talented musician: Conciliator!

Competitors
When sending devkits and exclusive contract to a concurrent, it now gets the money, meaning it gets more powerful the more you send them devkits/money
When making a game for a competitor, the competitor will gets the royalties due
When making a game using a competitor's engine, the competitor will gets the royalties due
When paying a penality to a competitor, now the competitor gets the money
They are going to publish more games (adjusted to the difficulty, CEO hum hum)
Competitors are less likely to use your engine than to make their own
Competitors are going to update their game engine more often
Concurrent can make their own console:
They can release platforms after 2025.
They release platforms if you don't play in historical mode
They don't use the best components, but the most cost-effective for their spending
When buying a concurrent, you acquire it's platforms (no choice given here)

If they have at least 100 000 fans
Display their consoles in the competitor view panel
