Description
The BungyPump training app offers a wide range of exercise videos, both individual and as complete workout programs, to help you start exercising and shaping your body. All of the exercises are created by experts and designed to maximize the calorie burn, toning abs, buttocks and leg muscles. The exercises are easy to perform, and can be performed anywhere and at any time. All you need to do is follow along the video instructions and start exercising.

The app helps you achieve your goals and get better results by combining regular pole walking with individual exercises.
