Im Rahmen der Initiative setzt sich Brillux dafür ein, Schülerinnen und Schüler über die Ausbildungsberufe im Maler- und Stuckateurhandwerk zu informieren und Betriebe bei der Nachwuchsgewinnung zu unterstützen.
