There are 2 modes in this game, Solo or Forfeit mode.
In Solo mode, you get to choose the number of bad teeth to avoid. If you choose 1 that means there is 1 bad tooth in his mouth and you need to avoid picking that tooth. If you manage to pick all his teeth without picking the bad tooth, you win. If you choose 3, that means there are 3 bad teeth in his mouth, you must avoid picking and that is hard to do!
In the Forfeit mode, you play this with your friends. There is always 1 bad tooth in the Forfeit mode. You pick his teeth and if it is not the bad tooth then you pass it to your friend to pick. The person who pick the bad tooth will have to do a forfeit. You can follow the forfeit as suggested by the game or make one up yourself! Enjoy this game.
