Tic-Tac-Toe originated as a pencil-and-paper game for two players, Nought & Cross (or X & O), who take turns marking the spaces in a grid. The goal is for a player to place 3 of their marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line to win the game.
The game is also known as Noughts & Crosses, Naughts & Crosses, Xs & Os, Exy-Ozys, Xsie-Osies, Tick-Tack-Toe, Tick-Tat-Toe, & Tit-Tat-Toe.
This version of the game allows you to play on your iOS device, instead of using a pencil & paper. It's a quick, easy, & fun way to kill some time if you're standing in line at the supermarket, waiting for an appointment, or just want to chill out & enjoy some quiet time.
