Customers don’t like to wait too long so it's important to manage your time and work your way around the kitchen effectively and efficiently. Customers want menu variety and options for them to choose from. If you have a small menu with less options for the customer to choose from you might not maximize the restaurant's full potential. Upgrade your menu in the game to add more menu options for your customers. The more options you have on the menu increases your chances to maximize your score.
Running and operating a successful restaurant in a fast-paced environment can be demanding and requires time management, focus and simply having a great tasting product. Complete each level in an accurate and timely manner before the customer gets upset and walks off. When this happens you lose an opportunity to maximize your score and a possibility that the customer won't come back. You want your customers to leave with a phenomenal experience not a horrible experience!
At the Rib Shack we create our own style of barbecue that’s a combination between the sweet savory taste of Kansas-City barbecue and the vinegar style of the Carolina's. With our house dry rub seasoning and barbecue sauce combination added on the meats it creates the best, sweet tasting, succulent combination you’ve ever tasted in your life! Don’t Bite Ya Fingers! Our ribs are a restaurant favorite! They’re seasoned with our house dry rub, smoked with hickory wood using indirect heat for hours then topped off with our house bbq sauce. The customer will need plenty of napkins for this!
Our pulled pork sandwiches are made with tender pork shoulder smoked for hours over hickory wood using indirect heat. The sandwich is topped with our house bbq sauce and coleslaw that gives the sandwich the perfect “pop” the customer is looking for.
Our loaded fries is also a popular item on the menu that’s only available at the Rib Shack. These are fries seasoned with our house dry rub topped with meat of the customers choice (pulled pork, beef brisket, chopped chicken or rib tips), then topped with our house barbecue sauce then coleslaw right on top. This is an item that you’ll need a fork for.
Our chopped chicken sandwich is a great alternative for customers who don’t eat pork or beef but who love a delicious chicken sandwich topped with our house barbecue sauce.
Our beef brisket sandwich is also a favorite and a must try!
Our wings are simply to “die” for! They’re seasoned with our house dry rub then smoked on the smoker for hours then finished off in the fryer by the order then tossed in either barbecue sauce, buffalo sauce, dry rub or lemon pepper flavors. If you close your eyes and picture heaven, well just try the wings!
Customers can compliment their meal with delicious sides of choice such as mac-n-cheese, baked beans or a piece of cornbread that’ll simply knock your socks off!
The customer can also wash all this delicious food down with a glass of either sweet tea or fruit punch!
