SÜREÇ AKIŞI
Müşterilerimiz tarafından iletişim kanalları aracılığıyla firmamıza iletilen geri bildirimler/talepler/şikayetler kapsamında çağrı açılır. Konuyla ilgili gerekli inceleme ve araştırmalar yapılarak çözümler oluşturulur ve müşterilerimize sunulur. Çözüm süreci aşamaları kapsamında müşterilerimize bilgi verilmekte olup memnuniyet esasıyla hizmet verilmektedir. Çözümün ve müşteri memnuniyetinin sağlanması ile birlikte çağrılar olumlu olarak kapatılır. Müşteri memnuniyeti sağlanamazsa tekrar çözüm sürecine gidilir.
