- MISE A JOUR : l’interface moderne a été totalement repensée pour proposer une expérience utilisateur guidée et simplifiée permettant d’accéder plus rapidement aux informations de votre entreprise et ainsi gagner en temps, en efficacité et en confort.
La nouvelle version comprend :
• Une connexion simplifiée (via QR code, mémoire des comptes enregistrés, connexion multicompte)
• L’assistant de configuration vous guide dans le paramétrage d’accès aux documents récents, l’utilisation du stockage, la sécurité de vos mots de passe, accès rapide, etc.
• Le tableau de bord personnalisé indique le nombre de tâches à traiter, documents à classer et notifications à consulter
• Le traitement des tâches est amélioré avec la possibilité de saisir un commentaire et de lier un document à la validation, ajout de la tâche « délégation ».
• Nouveau filtre de recherches des tâches.
