描述
1. Staff inputs the Order Number after customer pays the Bill.
2. Customer scans QR Code from the Staff mobile device
3. Customer checks her phone and waits for Buzzerr App to notify when the Order is done.
Why is Buzzerr better than hardware solutions:
- No hardware electronic pager devices to purchase.
- No need to charge the devices and keep track of multiple coaster devices.
- No need for hardware maintenance, no risk of misplaced, broken or missing coaster devices.
- Easy to use software will create a much better customer experience.
- No physical limit to the number of orders that are waiting concurrently.
Advantages to the Customers:
- Customers scan the QR Code with their mobile phone and wait to be notified.
- Customers do not need to download any custom mobile app, they just need to open their smartphone’s camera to scan the QR Code.
- Hygienic system with no devices to be handled by multiple users.
- Maintains Customer data privacy since there is no need for Customers to provide their names, mobile numbers, emails etc.
The Buzzer mobile app is initially distributed FREE of use during our introductory period.
