Cloudberry is a modern cloud based communication service from which you can choose the communication tools that best suite your companys needs.
The mobile application is part of the service and it offers you an easy and efficient way to collaborate with your collagues.
With the mobile application you can:
• Manage your own and view all your co-workers presence and availability information
• Change your availability information quick and easy e.g. in a meeting, at lunch, on a business trip
• Easily access company –wide contact list and call history
• Graphically and easily answer and transfer calls
• Chat with your collagues
• Use the function callback to your advantage. Callback function make cheaper call costs possible while you are abroad
• Change the outgoing calling number by changing your active role
• With a press of a button you can log in and out of call groups
• Easily create and participate in confernce calls
Before you can start using the Cloudberry communication service you have to be a customer at JNT.

Cloudberry är en modern molnbaserad kommunikationstjänst ur vilken man kan välja de kommunikationsredskap som passar det egna företaget bäst.
Mobilappen är en del av tjänsten och ger dig möjlighet att kommunicera och samarbeta med dina kollegor på ett enkelt och effektivt sätt.
Med mobilappen kan du:
• Grafiskt ha kontroll över egen och översikt över kollegors status och nåbarhet
• Hänvisa dig själv snabbt och enkelt på t.ex. möte, lunch eller resa
• Ha tillgång till en global kontaktlista och samtalshistorik
• Svara och vidarebefordra samtal grafiskt och överskådligt
• Chatta smidigt med dina kollegor
• Utnyttja funktionen tillbakaringning som möjliggör förmånligare samtalskostnader vid vistelse utomlands
• Snabbt byta roll för att bestämma vilken nummer du vill att skall presenteras utåt.
• Med ett knapptryck logga in eller ut ur svarsgrupper
• Enkelt boka in och delta i telefonkonferenser

Cloudberry on moderni pilvipalveluna toteutettu kommunikaatiopalvelu, josta voi valita ne kommunikaatiotyökalut jotka sopivat omalle yritykselle parhaiten.
Mobiilisovellus on osa palvelua ja tarjoaa sinulle helpon ja tehokkaan tavan kommunikoida ja työskennellä kollegoidesi kanssa.
Mobiilisovelluksella voit:
• Samassa graafisessa näkymässä hallinoida omaa, sekä saada yleiskatsauksen työkavereidesi tilatiedosta ja tavoitettavuudesta
• Muuttaa tilatietoasi nopeasti ja helposti esim. kokouksessa, lounaalla tai matkalla
• Saada näkyville yhteysluettelon ja puhelutiedot
• Vastata ja välittää puhelut graafisesti ja helposti
• Chattailla sujuvasti työkavereidesi kanssa
• Käyttää hyväksesi toimintoa takaisinsoitto, joka mahdollistaa halvemmat puhelukustannukset ollessasi ulkomailla
• Nopeasti vaihtaa rooliasi, jotta voit vaikuttaa mikä numero näkyy soittaessasi puheluita.
• Napinpainalluksella kirjautua sisään tai ulos soittoryhmistä
