forWare è un'estensione di forShop
forShop si propone di offrire al negozio gli strumenti utili per gestire tutte le:
Attività di vendita, e più precisamente:
- Anagrafica clienti privati e aziende;
- Anagrafica prodotti ed etichettatura;
- Listini diversificati;
- Promozioni periodiche o fisse per Listini / Brand / Gruppi, con sconti in percentuale o fissi;
- Ricerca facilitata dei prodotti, tramite filtri automatici oppure leggendo il bar-code
- Ricerca facilitata dei clienti, tramite filtri automatici oppure leggendo il bar-code
- Vendita con scontrino dei prodotti, gift-card, pagamenti diversificati, stampa scontrino telematico, di cortesia e gift-card;
- Gestione resi (parziali o totali) con recupero dello scontrino di vendita (anche leggendo il bar-code), emissione di buoni di acquisto, stampa del reso telematico, e del buono;
- Vendita con Fattura dei prodotti, gift-card, pagamenti diversificati, stampa fattura ed invio allo SDI;
- Note credito (parziali o totali) con recupero della fattura di vendita, stampa documento ed invio allo SDI;
- Aggiornamento automatico del magazzino;
- Statistiche di giornata in widget sulla dashboard.
Attività di magazzino, e più precisamente:
- Anagrafica prodotti ed etichettatura (con stampanti Zebra-ZPL BTE)
- Ricevimento prodotti con creazione nuove anagrafiche con codifica automatica, o su prodotti già esistenti (con dettaglio varianti, ad esempio taglia/colore) e stampa di tutte le etichette relative al carico appena eseguito;
- Aggiornamento automatico del magazzino;
- Report e interrogazione movimenti magazzino;
- Rettifiche esistenze prodotti;
- Valorizzazione del magazzino in tempo reale;
- Statistiche di giornata in widget sulla dashboard.
