描述
Dies können z.B. ereignisorientierte Störungsbeseitigungen / Instandsetzungen an unterschiedlichsten Objekten (Gebäude, Räume, Anlagen, Geräten, Bäume etc.) oder auch regelmäßig wiederkehrende Leistungen, wie z.B. Audits, sein.
Die dem Techniker zugeordneten Meldungen / Aufträge werden übersichtlich in der App dargestellt und können z.B. durch das Scannen eines 2D-Codes von einem Instandhaltungsobjekt schnell ausgewählt werden. Werden dem Mitarbeiter weitere Meldungen oder Aufträge zugeordnet, erhält dieser eine systemgenerierte Push-Benachrichtigung auf sein mobiles Endgerät.
Arbeitskarten zu Prüfungen, Wartungen, Inspektionen können mit Hilfe von digitalen Checklisten ohne Medienbruch direkt in der App abgearbeitet werden.
Sollte die Verbindung zum Server auf Grund von Verbindungsschwierigkeiten einmal nicht gegeben sein, kann die mobile Abarbeitung auf Grund der Offline-Funktionalität weiter durchgeführt werden.
