Doe eenvoudig een NEN 2767 inspectie
Breng met de app snel en gemakkelijk door middel van een NEN 2767-inspectie alle elementen in je gebouw in kaart door middel van een NEN 2767-inspectie. Het is eenvoudig om alle elementen binnen het gebouw in kaart te brengen.
Achter je computer zet je een inspectie klaar met beschikbare elementen en op je tablet verrijk je de elementen met de juiste informatie en voorzie je die van foto’s en inspecties. Foto’s en andere inspectie resultaten worden realtime naar het platform verstuurd, zodat iedereen direct mee kan kijken met de inspectie.
Direct alle data in beeld met QR-codes
Met het scannen van de QR-code bij elke asset in je gebouw haal je met de app direct alle data op. Zo hoef je nooit meer te zoeken en heb je bij het element direct alle informatie die in het systeem staat binnen handbereik in een totaaloverzicht. Benieuwd wanneer het element voor het laatst gekeurd is, welke documenten eraan hangen en wanneer iemand er voor het laatst iets aan gewijzigd heeft? Je vindt het allemaal in de app!
Stel je eigen controlelijst samen
Stel voor je vastgoed met HUMBLE Online Software Platform een controlelijst samen en vink die met behulp van de app snel en makkelijk af. Zo ben je in staat om elk gewenst type controlelijst zelf te autoriseren en vast te leggen bij elk item in het HUMBLE Online Software Platform. Denk hierbij aan specifieke keuringen, logboeken, opleverkeuringen enzovoort.
Meldingen
Met de app kun je eenvoudig direct meldingen aan maken. Zie je iets waar melding van gemaakt moet worden, dan kun je deze melding gelijk aanmaken in de app. Dit kan zowel op je telefoon als op een tablet. Zo heb je altijd je meldapp bij de hand. Simpeler kan niet: scan de unieke code van het element en voeg informatie en eventueel een foto toe. Als de melder dit gedaan heeft kan de melding direct worden uitbesteed en gevolgd!
