Was kann die APP „IDA-AKDB“?
In der „Digitalen Heimat“ finden sich die neuesten Unternehmens-Blogs, die wichtigsten News und Veranstaltungshinweise. Hier können Beiträge gelesen und kommentiert werden.
Auf den „Seiten“ stellen sich verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche und Standorte vor oder es werden Themen wie Personalentwicklung, Gesundheit oder IT aufbereitet. Hier finden die Nutzer*innen Informationen, können Formulare herunterladen oder an Umfragen teilnehmen.
Im Bereich „Unternehmen“ findet man u.a. alle Informationen zu Trägern und dem Vorstand, zur Struktur der AKDB, der Marke und dem Erscheinungsbild.
Der Bereich „Interne Verfahren“ enthält eine Vielzahl von Absprungbasen zu internen Anwendungen und Verfahren wie bspw. der Zeitaufschreibung, dem Serviceportal der AKDB und vielem mehr.
„Blogbeiträge und News“ ermöglichen auf allen Seiten die ansprechende Bereitstellung von Informationen, sei es eine Erfolgsmeldung aus dem Kundenbereich, ein Bericht zu internen Veranstaltungen, neuen Projekten oder Mitarbeitenden etc. Es kann abonniert, geliked, kommentiert und geteilt werden. Beiträge der internen Kommunikation werden dabei für alle Mitarbeitenden ausgespielt. Themen aus allen anderen Quellen sind frei abonnierbar für die jeweils an den Themen Interessierten.
In den „Communities“ findet die digitale Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit über Bereichs- und Unternehmensgrenzen hinaus statt. Dafür stehen Timeline, Notizbuch, Dokumentenablage, Aufgaben und Termine zur Verfügung.
Besonders wichtig ist auch der Bereich „Telefonbuch/Mitarbeiterprofile“ - endlich auf Kontaktdaten von überall aus direkt zugreifen!
Der IDA-Chat ermöglicht die direkte, schnelle Kommunikation mit Kolleg*innen und Führungskräften.
Wer kann die App nutzen?
Die App „IDA AKDB“ steht den Mitarbeitenden der AKDB, ihren Partnern und Dienstleistern kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Wie sicher sind meine Daten?
Ihre Daten werden sicher in einem ISO 27001 zertifizierten Rechenzentrum in Deutschland gespeichert und sind durch umfangreiche Sicherungsmaßnahmen vor dem Zugriff unbefugter Personen geschützt.
Kann ich die Daten auf ein anderes Gerät synchronisieren?
Die Daten sind auf allen mobilen Geräten jederzeit synchronisiert abrufbar.
Wie kann ich mich anmelden?
Um die App nutzen zu können, melden Sie sich mit Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse und dem Passwort bzw. Mitarbeitende mit der AKDB-E-Mail-Adresse oder benutzerkennung@akdb.net sowie ihrem bekannten „Windows“-Kennwort an. Als Mitarbeitende klicken Sie bei der erstmaligen Anmeldung in der App bitte auf den Button „Anmelden mit ADKB Login“.
