Omogućava se jednostavna prijava uočenih nedostataka na terenu te se omogućava svim sudionicima da bez dodatnih napora i tehničkih znanja kreiraju sustavnu evidenciju, s ciljem prosljeđivanja na osobe zadužene za pojedinu problematiku.
ŠTO MOŽETE PRIJAVITI?
Zaprima se širok spektar komunalnih kvarova i nedostataka na javnim površinama s kojima se građani susreću: od grafita i vandalizma do oštećenja asfalta i prometnih znakova, oštećenih sprava na dječjim igralištima, kvarova na javnoj rasvjeti, olupinama vozila na javnim površinama, nepropisno odbačenom otpadu i slično.
PRIJAVA U SAMO NEKOLIKO KORAKA
LC Gradsko oko omogućuje kreiranje prijava na brz i jednostavan način, a kompletan sustav prilagođen je za korištenje na mobilnim telefonima. Prijava nedostataka odvija se u svega nekoliko koraka – učitavanjem fotografije, navođenjem lokacije i upisivanjem kratkog opisa problema. Prijave građana će doprijeti do administratora sustava koji će iste proslijediti odgovarajućoj nadležnoj službi.
Svrha korištenja aplikacije je pomaganje općinama, gradovima i županijama u održavanju komunalnog i prometnog reda, kao i učinkovitije i transparentnije djelovanje nadležnih odgovornih službi i jedinica lokalne samouprave. Detalji koji se unesu u prijavu poput fotografije, točne adrese i opisa problema uvelike olakšavaju brzo i efikasno otklanjanje istih te vašu životnu okolinu čine urednijim i ljepšim mjestom za život.
