M3 자체 플랫폼 기반으로 국내 최초의 사용자 맞춤형 계획-설계-시공-유지관리 통합서비스를 제공합니다.
계획 프로세스는 다음과 같이 진행됩니다.
M3 유니버셜 모듈러 유닛을 기반으로, 건축주가 원하는 건축공간을 선택하면서 AI가 추천해주는 단계로 제공합니다.
1. 대지입력 - 건축주가 소유하고 있거나, 향후 고려중인 대지 주소를 입력합니다.
2. 건축설계 요건선택 - 건물 용도, 전용면적, 실요구사항 건축형태, 우선순위, 추가 고려사항 등 건축설계에 필요한 요건을 선택합니다.
3. M3 플랫폼, 설계안 추천 - 건축주가 선택한 요구사항을 기반으로 M3플랫폼에서 유니버셜 모듈 유닛을 조합 하여 가장 적합한 기획안을 추천합니다.
4. M3 플랫폼 담당자 지정 - 건축주님이 요청하신 설계안을 최종 선택하기 전, M3플랫폼 담당자가 지정되어 직접 연락 드립니다.
설계 프로세스는 다음과 같이 진행됩니다.
기획설계 검토부터 설계사 선정까지 단계별로 진행됩니다.
1. 설계안 등록 - 건축주가 기획단계에서 결정한 내용을 등록함으로써 건축사업을 시작합니다.
2. 건축사 입찰 - 건축주가 최종 결정한 기획 설계안은 입찰에 참여하고자 하는 건축설계사에게 공개됩니다.
3. 건축사 선정 - 건축주는 입찰에 참여한 건축사의 포트폴리오 등을 확인하고 설계비용 및 내용 검토 후 건축사를 최종 선정하고 계약을 진행합니다.
4. 본설계 진행 - 건축설계사는 건축주의 요구사항을 충실하게 반영하여 설계를 진행합니다. 세부적으로 결정 되어야 할 내용은 건축주와 상담 후 결정합니다.
시공 프로세스는 다음과 같이 진행됩니다.
시공사 공개입찰부터 공사완료까지 단계별로 진행됩니다.
1. 시공사 입찰 - 시공사는 건축주 요구사항과 건축사의 설계안을 검토하고 입찰에 참여할지 여부를 결정합니다.
2. 시공사 선정 - 건축주는 입찰에 참여한 시공사에 대한 기업평가 내용과 포트폴리오를 참조합니다. M3는 견적을 분석해드리고 시공사 선정 및 계약진행을 도와 드립니다.
3. 공사 진행 - 건축주는 공사지연이나 공사비 증가를 모니터링 할 수 있습니다. M3의 전문가이드는 공사현장을 방문하여 진행상황을 검토하고 건축주에 보고합니다.
4. 하자보수 - M3에서는 하자 여부에 대한 분쟁이 발생 하거나 하자보수 불이행이 발생할 경우 계약 내용에 따라 법적으로 대처할 수 있도록 신속하게 지원해드립니다.
