- This enhancement enables the Mini Case Review for Auto Dispatch to support multiple tire/wheel cases. Previously, these case types were ineligible for Auto Dispatch. With this update, the pilot team can now collaborate with opted-in service providers to roll out and test this functionality.
Additionally, service technicians now have the ability to add notes to a case even after it has been completed, improving post-service documentation.
