Wer kennt das nicht? Man will in den wohlverdienten Urlaub gehen, muss aber noch schnell seine Mobilbox besprechen. Das ist meist mühsam und erfüllt selten die Qualitätsstandards der Unternehmen. Dieses Problem gehört nun der Vergangenheit an. Der innovative Mobilboxmanager von gosh!audio ermöglicht es, ganz einfach per Smartphone-App oder Computer die Mobilbox in der CI des Unternehmens individuell zu programmieren. Der Anrufer wird professionell in bester Sprachqualität über Rückkehrzeitpunkt sowie eine eventuelle Vertretung informiert.
Im Unternehmensalltag gehören Mobiltelefonie und E-Mails mittlerweile zu den primären Kommunikationsmitteln und sind nicht mehr wegzudenken. Im E-Mailverkehr hilft bereits der “Out-of-Office”-Assistent bei der unkomplizierten Einrichtung der Abwesenheitsnachrichten. Eine gleichwertige Lösung für die Mobilbox blieb bislang aus. Mit dem Mobilboxmanager ändert sich das.
“Bitte schalten Sie Ihre Mobiltelefone aus.” – Mit diesen Worten hebt das Flugzeug ab, jedoch niemand mehr am Handy. Gerade kurz vor dem Urlaub oder unmittelbar vor einem Seminar bleibt kaum Zeit und Ruhe, um die Mobilbox mit einer sinnvollen und klar verständlichen Abwesenheitsansage zu besprechen. Und schafft man es dann doch, ist die aufgenommene Mobilbox bei der Rückkehr längst vergessen, aber oft noch immer aktiv. Das kann Anrufer nicht nur verärgern, sondern im schlimmsten Fall auch Aufträge kosten.
Nun gibt es erstmals eine professionelle Lösung in Studioqualität: Mit dem Mobilboxmanager können geplante Abwesenheiten bequem per Computer oder Smartphone-App vorab in den integrierten Kalender eintragen werden, um die Mobilbox für die ausgewählte Zeitspanne mit einer professionellen Abwesenheitsansage zu bespielen, die dem Anrufer wichtige Informationen wie Rückkehrzeitpunkt sowie Name und Telefonnummer der Vertretung mitteilt. Nach Ablauf der definierten Zeitspanne wird die ursprüngliche Standardansage automatisch wieder aktiviert.
Die Ansagetexte werden in einem der vier hauseigenen Tonstudios von gosh!audio aufgenommen und können flexibel zusammengestellt werden. Die perfekte Stimme ist schnell gefunden: Es stehen mehr als 400 professionelle Sprecher zur Auswahl. Jede Aufnahme wird mittels eigener Software an das gegebene Frequenzspektrum angepasst und mehrfach auf Klang- & Sprachqualität getestet. Das Ergebnis sind klare, verständliche Sätze und keine abgehackten Textbausteine mit Roboterstimme.
