Popis
Customers can schedule appointments with service providers using Myday App. Appointments will be available in the calendar view and can be cancelled, if needed. Based on the appointment schedule, service will be provided by service provider and once appointment is complete, service provider can bill the customer. Payment can be done using cash / credit card / debit card
Appointments can be scheduled using MyGigs app as well. Service provider can schedule appointment with MyGigs App and appointments will be added to the calendar. Service provider can define the services provided by the individual or the business. Business owner can define multiple services and multiple staff. Staff can provide multiple services.
This solution greatly enhances the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction of business in a cost-effective way. Below is a screenshot of the payment screen.
