The app rigorously analyzes six critical input areas through a series of questions and ratings, each complemented by the identification of key result areas. These inputs include external factors, corporate objectives, operational losses, employee engagement, growth strategies, and system capabilities.
External factors are particularly significant and can shift your team's priorities. They may not be crucial for all management levels but encompass political, economic, legal, technological, environmental, and social influences on your organization. The app includes targeted questions to clarify the interpretation of these factors and assess associated risks.
Corporate objectives help set clear targets and expectations, identifying key focus areas with defined ownership throughout the process. The app encourages teamwork and close collaboration among various business functions and stakeholders.
Operational losses emphasize critical metrics for any organization, including productivity, cost, cash flow, safety, and quality.
