描述
OnRelay includes a comprehensive mainline feature with an auto attendant, call groups, easily configurable voice menus and extension transfers. OnRelay thereby allows a virtual or mobile organisation to effectively handle, distribute and respond to customer calls in a professional manner.
The Office Phone App also lets you separate your office phone calls and your personal calls on your iPhone. You can seamlessly place and receive calls using either your direct office phone number, your main company number or your personal cell number. You can also easily control when you are available for office calls and see whether incoming calls are company mainline calls, direct office calls, or regular personal cell calls.
Texting from both direct numbers and main company numbers are also fully supported, as well as instant messaging between extensions and between all members of a call group.
