Through seamless integration with PARS' sophisticated order management system, the app allows drivers to efficiently select, manage, and execute their orders with precision and ease. This integration ensures a streamlined workflow, enabling drivers to navigate their tasks seamlessly and make real-time updates, leading to optimized operational efficiency.
Moreover, PARS Drivers 2.0 doesn't just benefit internal operations. It serves as a bridge between PARS and its valued customers, offering them a transparent and informative window into their orders and vehicle conditions.
PARS Drivers 2.0 key features include:
- Available Orders – Search available orders and request assignment by different pick up and/or delivery locations.
- Assigned Orders – Review order details, required services, and manage scheduling and communication.
- Condition Reporting – Complete detailed condition reporting, including photos, and allow for digital signoff at pickup and delivery.
- Order Updates – Actual pick up and actual delivery dates updated automatically immediately following condition report signoff.
- Resources – Access PARS partnerships and discount codes for hotels and transportation.
- Accident Reporting – Report and document accident details and photos.
