Paytronix Systems is a software as a service company that provides gift, loyalty, comp, email, and analytics solutions to hundreds of multi-unit merchants.
What is this app?
This convenient and secure iPad application is intended for multi-unit merchants for the purpose of processing electronic Gift or Loyalty Card transactions without the need for a point of sale integration.
How do I use this app?
First, sign a Paytronix gift services agreement. Then we’ll set up your program on the backend. Next, download the app, enter the credentials we provide you, and begin processing gift cards. You will also gain access to an online portal where program administrators can view results and assess program progress. Your guests will be able to view their account information through an online portal provided by Paytronix.

Additional Information:
Merchants must sign up for Paytronix gift and/or loyalty services prior to the app initialization. Paytronix will then assist merchants with ordering cards and setting up a program. Paytronix must provide card data to card manufacturers.

1. Email MerchantAppInquiries@paytronix.com to inquire about hosting or transactional based solution for brands with more than 10 locations.
2. We will contact you to discuss your gift and loyalty needs.
3. Once a Service Agreement is in place, we will create a launch plan with you.
4. Paytronix will advise you on compatible card readers and printers.
5. Paytronix will work with you to create and order customized cards. Please note: Paytronix must provide card data to card manufacturers.
