描述
Probation Check In replaces the traditional sign in sheet with a queuing system that documents each visitor with date and time stamp, records their reason for visit and notifies the right department or person that someone is waiting. Sign In information is stored for long term reporting and documentation. Easily search and recall any visitor and the person that helped them last. Reports include wait times, traffic volume, and export to excel.

To sync with an existing account, set your system id and password then type UPDATE for the name and hit enter. May take 15 seconds to update. Settings will be stored as defaults.

- We are improving the QR code scanner to allow repeat visitors to check in faster. Visitors can now create a QR code with the information needed to check in such as name, email, phone and more. Show it to the kiosk and it will check in using the provided information. See our website for details about creating a QR code to use for checking in.
