Features for Hosts / Owners / Managers
• Schedule cleanings from your Airbnb or HomeAway booking calendar. (All hosts and owners can use Properly whether you list on these platforms or not).
• Create and send visual, interactive checklists for turnovers with listing photos.
• Receive photos of cleaners' finished work, problem reports, and updates on the job.
• Find great cleaners used by other hosts in your area (in select countries).
SYNC WITH LISTING PLATFORMS
Properly seamlessly integrates with Airbnb and HomeAway (more platforms on the way) so you can sync your bookings and schedule turnover cleanings directly inside the app. You can also connect multiple accounts to manage all of your clients’ rentals from one login.
COMMUNICATE BETTER
Properly checklists let you use photos and text to explain things like: where supplies are located; how to fold and present linens; what welcome gifts to put out; where to put the keys when they are finished, etc. Cleaners can translate all of your text notes into their preferred language.
SAVE TIME
Send your checklists as customized job requests to one or multiple cleaners at once without negotiating back and forth for hours. The first to accept the request gets your job.
GET PEACE OF MIND
Receive notifications when your cleaner started and finished the job at your listing. You can also get photos of finished work, problem reports, and updates on completed tasks as if you were there yourself!
FIND COMMUNITY CLEANERS TRUSTED BY OTHER HOSTS (in select countries)
Properly lets you send job requests to cleaners who have used the app with other hosts in your area. Current countries where the Community Cleaner program is available are: USA, New Zealand, Australia.

• Have your client's instructions translated to your preferred language in the app.
