As escolas podem ser agrupadas e associadas ao tipo de cardápio e/ou serviços oferecidos, e os cardápios também podem ser agrupados de acordo com suas características. Assim, é possível otimizar os processos e garantir a qualidade dos serviços oferecidos.
Funcionalidades:
→ Cardápio
Acessar o planejamento dos pratos feito para atender as demandas das unidades, consultando as informações por tipo de cardápio, serviço e período.
→ Lançamento de Inventários
Criar inventários com produtos do estoque, possibilitando calcular retiradas com base nos inventários gerados.
→ Solicitação de Compras
Criar, visualizar, editar, excluir solicitações para realizar compras dos produtos desejados, restringindo, através de parâmetros e filtros, o que poderá ser comprado.
→ Efetivos
Lançar quantidade de serviços consumidos para cada tipo de cardápio, serviço e data diferente, podendo especificar o tipo de consumo realizado (cliente, funcionário ou doação).
→ Histórico de erros
Acessar erros que por ventura aconteça no momento da exportação de dados para consulta, análise e ajuste posteriormente.
