BauDoc4 verkürzt viele Arbeitsschritte:

Große Datenmengen und unmissverständliche Checklisten
Projektleiter wollen alle Details immer im Zugriff haben, um nach Fakten entscheiden zu können, zB. mit 80.000 Vorgängen und getaggten 90.000 Fotos.
Ausführende aber unmissverständliche Vorgaben, das lösen flexible, mobile Checklisten, die von Anwendern selbst ohne Programmierkenntnisse erstellt werden können und pro Raum oder Objekt eindeutige Arbeitsschritte vorgeben.
Digitale Bauleitung
Digitale Baupläne und Verortungen: Auf 2D-Plänen/Fotos werden Vorgänge markiert + eindeutig positioniert, mit Statusfarben für den Bearbeitungsstand (Mangel, Freimeldung, Zurückweisung, Wartung, …). Im Team werden neue Status oder erledigte Arbeiten der Nachunternehmer (NU) freigemeldet, abgenommen oder begründet zurückgewiesen. Betroffene werden bei Verzügen/Störungen automatisch benachrichtigt.
Digitale Dokumente werden auf alle Geräte synchronisiert – und die Zusammenarbeit deutlich verbessert.
Datensynchronisation oder automatische Kommunikation
Das mobile BauDoc synchronisiert automatisch mit der Server-App und tauscht automatisch alle neuen Informationsstände zwischen beiden Anwendungen, um alle Beteiligten auf gleichem aktuellem Stand zu halten – ohne jeglichen Zusatzaufwand.
Das gilt insbesondere für die Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern oder Subunternehmen, die vollständig papierlos erfolgen kann.
Cloud-Server und mobile Apps:
BauDoc und TechDoc bestehen aus der Cloud-Server-Applikation, die in europäischen Rechenzentren oder bei Ihnen gehostet werden, und die alle Projekte, Benutzer, Aktivitäten, Vorlagen, Checklisten-Generator, Reports und Berichte verwaltet. Die mobile BauDoc/ TechDoc-App läuft offline auf Telefonen/Tablets und liefert alle Infos auch hinter Stahlbeton.
