Im Verwaltungs-Tool unter https://v.timecollect.de ist es möglich diverse Statistiken und Auswertungen
über die einzelnen Projekte und Arbeitszeiten zu generieren. Ebenso ist es möglich Exporte über die genauen
Zeiten oder Projektzeiten zu generieren und diese in seine eigenen ERP-Systeme oder Abrechnungssoftware zu importieren.
Unter https://v.timecollect.de/ ist es möglich Benutzer, Projekte und Zuordnungen anzulegen.
Es ist auch möglich eine Soll-Arbeitszeit pro Benutzer anzulegen, dieses ist aber optional,
die Erfassung der Zeiten funktioniert auch ohne diese Angabe.
Optional ist es möglich den Standort der Buchungen anzuzeigen. Diese Funktion ist aber global abschaltbar.
Eine Registrierung auf https://v.timecollect.de/ ist für die Benutzung von Nöten.
Nur auf der Verwaltung Seite können Nutzer und Projekte angelegt werden.
Timecollect dient rein der Erfassung der Zeiten/Daten.Mit timecollect ist es möglich seine Arbeitszeit zu erfassen und auszuwerten.
