描述
Als je problemen ervaart met de app, meld dat dan bij je bedrijf.
Met deze app kun je dit allemaal:
Verlof
• Inzicht in je openstaande saldo;
• Inzicht in de status van je aanvragen;
• Een nieuwe verlofaanvraag indienen;
• Verlofaanvragen intrekken.
Declaraties
• Altijd inzicht in de status van je ingediende declaratie;
• Eenvoudig en snel nieuwe declaraties maken;
• De camera gebruik je om je bonnetje bij te sluiten;
• Laatst gereisde routes kun je hergebruiken;
• Met het vinkje Retour kun je snel een regel voor de terugreis aanmaken.
Mijn gegevens
• Een foto van jezelf toevoegen aan je gegevens, deze wijzigen of verwijderen. Dit doe je door op je foto te tikken;
• Je woonadres raadplegen en wijzigen.
• Je e-mailadressen raadplegen, toevoegen, wijzigen of verwijderen. Bij elk e-mailadres kun je aangeven of je op dat adres je digitale loonstrook wil ontvangen;
• Je telefoonnummer raadplegen, toevoegen, wijzigen of verwijderen.
Taken
• Verlofaanvragen goedkeuren;
• Ingediende declaraties goedkeuren;
• Notificaties voor verjaardagen, jubilea etc. worden getoond en kunnen makkelijk worden afgehandeld.
Loonstroken
• Altijd je salarisstrook bij de hand;
• Ook je jaaropgaaf is beschikbaar.
Verzuim
• Ziek melden en beter melden via de app;
• Inzicht in je verzuimstatus;
• De belangrijkste statistieken en je verzuimhistorie.
Tips
• Gegevens opnieuw ophalen:
In sommige modules kun je de gegevens in de app vernieuwen door naar beneden over het scherm te vegen. Tijdens het bijwerken zie je ronddraaiende balletjes die verdwijnen als de gegevens zijn bijgewerkt.
• Meer gegevens ophalen:
In een aantal schermen kun je meer gegevens ophalen door naar boven over het scherm te vegen. Dit werkt bijvoorbeeld in het overzicht van je declaraties. Standaard wordt de meest recente informatie getoond maar wil je meer bekijken dan kan dat.
Wat je in de app ziet en kunt gebruiken is afhankelijk van de autorisatie die door jouw bedrijf is ingericht.
