Esta app se basa en una innovadora arquitectura DISA. Cuando el usuario marca desde VCC, el evento se comunica por datos al sistema central, que realiza automáticamente dos llamadas GSM: una al móvil del usuario y otra al número de destino. Ambas llamadas se conectan de forma transparente, como si se tratara de una llamada normal. Esto permite operar en lugares con cobertura de datos deficiente o inexistente.
Al igual que VCB, VCC preserva la identidad corporativa en las llamadas salientes, ocultando el número personal y mostrando únicamente el DDI de la extensión. También incluye dialpad, registro de llamadas perdidas y acceso inmediato a la agenda corporativa y personal, con contactos clasificados por nombre y departamento.
El sistema puede renovarse periódicamente para cambiar credenciales de manera automática, manteniendo altos niveles de seguridad sin complejidad para el usuario.
Desde el portal de usuario de VIVAit Call Web, es posible definir el comportamiento de todos los terminales asociados a la extensión, incluyendo VCC, lo que permite una integración completa con el entorno de trabajo habitual.
VCC está pensado para usuarios que necesitan máxima fiabilidad, calidad de audio y cobertura en cualquier entorno, como zonas rurales, interiores de edificios o situaciones de baja conectividad IP. Es una solución robusta, discreta y eficaz para profesionales en constante movimiento.
