描述
All mobile objects of the organization can be monitored on the dispatcher's monitor in real-time (online mode). Each object is represented on an electronic map by a marker with a conditional name, which can be a number or text. The system provides separate visualization for different groups and active statuses of mobile objects, enabling the dispatcher to clearly distinguish them on the map.
Operational dispatching significantly reduces not only the response time of the vehicles but also the average mileage to the destination, leading to substantial savings in fuel and vehicle maintenance costs.
Monitoring functions of the system:
Recording the time of departure and cessation of work.
Recording the time of arrival at the destination.
Recording visits to planned locations.
Recording deviations from the designated route.
Fuel consumption tracking for vehicles.
Tracking real engine hours of the vehicles.
Measuring the distance covered during specific time periods.
Keeping track of the usage of main and additional equipment of the mobile objects.
Monitoring the opening of fuel tanks, hoods, doors, etc.
Identifying cases of using the vehicles for unauthorized purposes.
Controlling speed limits.
Security functions of the system:
In the event of unauthorized access to your vehicles by third parties, you can always notify law enforcement authorities about the current location of the vehicles.
Instant notifications about events such as battery disconnection, emergency power supply usage, vehicles leaving designated geofenced areas, and others will allow timely responses to criminal activities.
