• Create beacons: Define UUID, Major/Minor, Tx Power, and advertising interval.
• Advertise as beacon: Turn your device into a test beacon (foreground; subject to iOS limits).
• Monitor regions: Enter/exit notifications to validate region monitoring behavior.
• Range beacons: See proximity (Immediate/Near/Far), RSSI, and accuracy for nearby beacons.

Permissions & requirements
• Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) required.
• Location permission is needed for monitoring and ranging (Always permission may be required for background region events).
• Advertising works while the app is in the foreground; background advertising is limited by iOS.
• Not supported on Simulator.
