An SSH connection to a remote computer or server is required. Nockset is your mobile interface for working on remote machines — it does not run code locally.

TERMINAL
Metal GPU-rendered at up to 120fps. Full 256-color and truecolor. Split panes, multiple terminal tabs, and multiple server sessions.

CODE EDITOR
Tree-sitter syntax highlighting for 20+ languages including Python, Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, Go, C/C++, and more. Find and Replace, Quick Open, global search across files, and multi-tab editing with split panes.

AI CODE COMPLETION
On-device ghost text suggestions powered by llama.cpp running on your device's GPU. Completions appear as you type with zero network dependency and zero API costs. Just press Tab to accept.

BRING YOUR OWN API KEY
Connect your Anthropic API key for Claude AI chat with full server tools. Claude can execute commands, read and edit files, search your codebase, and navigate your project. Choose between Haiku, Sonnet, and Opus models.

RUN AGENTS
Launch Claude Code, Codex, or any CLI-based AI agent directly in the terminal on your server. If it runs in a terminal, it works in Nockset.

FILE MANAGER
Full SFTP file browser with create, rename, and delete. Inline preview for images, PDFs, and video. Search by filename or search inside files with regex. Open large files and scroll through them instantly.

NATIVE APPLE EXPERIENCE
Built with SwiftUI and Liquid Glass for iPadOS 26 and iOS 26. Four layout modes for terminal and editor. 20+ keyboard shortcuts. Command palette. External monitor support. Stage Manager compatible.

CONNECTION
Password and SSH key authentication. Port forwarding with per-rule toggle. Color-coded server tags for quick identification.

AI tab completion works with local, on-device model. Cloud AI chat requires your own Anthropic API key.
