Q: Can I run NumPy, pandas and Matplotlib on my phone?
A: Yes — the science stack is supported and plots appear inline in the console.

Q: Can I install packages with pip?
A: Yes, into your own user site. Pure-Python packages generally work; native-code packages need a mobile wheel, and the app says so plainly when one is unavailable.
