By pressing the button, the user authorizes access to their physical Bluetooth-enabled device. Upon receiving access, you are now seeing real-time device data and can troubleshoot with ease by reading logs, reconfiguring the device, updating firmware and much more. You and your team can now diagnose and fix the device without leading your customers through a long series of complicated instructions. The result is a great experience for you and the user that saves time increases satisfaction and leads to higher ratings for your product and mobile app!
Reach℠ is also great for developers of BLE devices to make it easy to field test and beta test with ease while debugging remotely. Reach℠ is free for developers.
