*On July 28, 2019, in an article on smartphone addiction in the Yomiuri Shimbun that's the most famous newspaper in Japan, it was introduced as a recommended app to shake you free from addiction!

There is a limit to human concentration.
Set a short time as your Ganbari Time (Time to work hard), you prohibit your smartphone and concentrate on studying and working during the time!
I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve themselves,
highly conscious people, people who have a sense of crisis but feel lazy, or people who have a feeling of trying hard!
*How to use it:
*After starting the application, decide the time to concentrate and start! The timer starts.
*The smartphone screen stays on during the designated time. You can't switch to the home screen or use other applications.
*An encouraging "great man's words" is posted on the timer screen. When you feel discourage, let's stop by looking at the words of wisdom.
*Your concentration is measured.
*You will receive a medal by accumulating measured results! Let's aim for a higher rank.
*Still, if you're concerned about message or email notifications, I recommend using [More Ganbari Time(Time to work hard)], which can only be started when Internet access is disabled!
Aim for 100% concentration and make it a habit to shake free from relying on smartphones!
