- In this new version we have removed some bugs and added some features:
• Now we can optimize an order of magnitude more voxels since the mesh is now visualized with a single ModelEntity (as opposed to as many ModelEntity instances as voxels in the first version);
• We have added checks for invalid boundary conditions;
• Improved on the preconditioner used for the iterative solver;
• Changed the layout of computational domain and optimization tabs;
• Fixed a bug that prevented a proper rotation of the domain;
• Fixed scaling of the abscissas axis in the optimization tab.
