描述
Projekt ma na celu publikację usług na poziomie 3 i 4 świadczonych przez biblioteki pedagogiczne w ramach działań dydaktycznych. Usługi prezentowane będą Czytelnikom na jednej wspólnej platformie oraz na nowych, nowoczesnych, przyjaznych stronach tych bibliotek oraz ich filii. W ramach Projektu będą wdrożone systemy back-office, które z jednej strony zapewnią jednolitą informatyzację (ustandaryzują świadczenie usług elektronicznych) bibliotek pedagogicznych na całym terenie województwa mazowieckiego, a z drugiej strony ułatwią, usprawnią, zautomatyzują pracę pracowników bibliotek. Wprowadzenie proponowanych rozwiązań doprowadzi do stopniowej automatyzacji części procesów zarządzania oraz wytwarzania dokumentów.
Wspomniana wspólna platforma o nazwie “Portal Mazowieckich Bibliotek Pedagogicznych”, przeznaczona będzie głównie dla nauczycieli i studentów przygotowujących się do pracy nauczyciela. Poprzez zwiększenie dostępności do proponowanych przez biblioteki usług, portal ten będzie wspomagał proces kształcenia i doskonalenia nauczycieli oraz działalność szkół i placówek oświatowych, w tym bibliotek szkolnych i placówek doskonalenia.
