描述
Edify-appen beregner elevenes framgang i læring på en forskningsmessig og statistisk riktig måte, og vil være et godt hjelpemiddel for lærere og skoleledere. Forutsetningen ert at det brukes den samme testen eller prøven to eller flere ganger. Det eneste læreren trenger å gjøre er å skrive inn hver enkelt elevs resultater på testene så vil denne appen regne ut framgangen for hver enkelt elev og for klassen. Dette blir i appen framstilt på en lettfattelig måte både i grafiske figurer og i tabeller.
Resultatene som vises i appen kan brukes til å gi direkte tilbakemeldinger til elever. Dette gjør at særlig elever som har et lavt faglig nivå nå kan få en konkret tilbakemelding på f.eks. at dere progresjon har vært meget god sammenlignet med andre elever. Dette gir elevene motivasjon til videre læring. For læreren vil appen også gi god informasjon om både undervisningsopplegget har fungert og om enkeltelementer har ønsket progresjon.
