**The Music Language**
Music is our universal language, and the basis to be able to communicate in it lies in the understanding of this language. This is the point when a normal person’s brain becomes a musician’s brain.
Regardless of your way of experiencing music, there are 4 main competencies that are always present at a cognitive level. Elements ME works with these 4 competencies to achieve an understanding, absorption, and mastering of the musical language.
- Listening skills: ear training, understanding of pitch, and distance between notes. With Elements ME, your ear will be ready to appreciate and understanding music from the moment you hear it.
- Music Theory: structural and mathematical processing. Elements ME gives your brain the agility to comprehend and manipulate the infinite myriad of options within musical structure.
- Reading skills: the capacity to read notes on the staff is key to have a truly activated musical brain, but Elements ME goes even beyond. Our exercises help to train reaction times, improvising, speed, and precision.
- Rhythm: the engine and heart of music. With Elements ME, you will be able to develop the rhythmic skills needed to communicate in music, as well as obtaining all the extra benefits of this training.
