Provided by University of the Sunshine Coast, this free App is the ideal online and offline guide for students, researchers and visitors to explore, learn and connect with the universal values of K’gari-Fraser Island.

The Island is a complex ecosystem of lakes, forests and sand formations, with long uninterrupted sweeps of ocean beach, cliffs of coloured sand, spectacular dunes, tall rainforests growing on sand and half of the world's perched lakes.
Learn how wind, sand, water and plants work together in an endless cycle to create this unique island.
Select from a range of self-guided walk and drive itineraries to explore many of these outstanding natural wonders.
Use the app to help identify and find out more about the Island’s birds, plants and wildlife, including rare and significant species that have adapted to its unique ecosystems.
Understand how fragile and important this World Heritage icon is, and how to play a part in caring for it.
