FAQ - I can’t download the app - what can I do
1. The app can be downloaded on iPhone and iPad devices.
2. Due to the amount of content on the app it may take some time to download, so please allow time for this to happen.
3. Check you have updated the software on your device: Go to Settings > General > Software Update
4. Check you have enough storage space to download the app. You can check this by going to settings > General > Usage. This will show you the available space and the used space on your device. By tapping on the name of an app it will give you the option to delete the app, which will free up space on your device.
These steps may vary on different devices however you will be able to find more information about your device online.
