This app was created with young people in mind due to the alarming stats surrounding mental health in young people, with over 50% of mental health conditions being established by the age of 14 BUT all of the content on the app is relevant whether you are in education or beyond.
The app equips people with the tools and know how to better cope during challenging times and best of all it is FREE.
This app includes a range of self-help tools:

• Stress and anxiety trackers
• Built in Journal
This app provides you with:
• Specialist tools and tips
• Articles and coaching content across a wide range of topics that relate to mental health and wellbeing
• Audios and videos
• Meditations and energisers
The content has been developed alongside industry experts that specialise in supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing including Samaritans, GPs, mental health advisors, nutritionists, psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, learning and development professionals and health coaches.
