DIP SCALE ONLINE COURSE: We train how with just one word from your loved one, you can know EXACTLY what to say and do (or what NOT to say and what NOT to do) to help them not go in a downward mental spiral. This conceptualizes difficult concepts of mental health in a simple way so they can get the right help.

CHIEF MASTER CLASS: We help you understand what depression is, sources of depression, managing triggers, how to recruit extended family/neighbors/ friends, resources to try for your loved one, and more! Powerful content!

EATING FOR MENTAL HEALTH: We share valuable information about strengthening your gut health to improve mental health. This includes how to read labels, understanding food sourcing, knowing how to strengthen your gut microbiome, and more.

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES: Helps you know how to build safety, connection and trust by healthy communication strategies. Learn how to not be their trigger, how to have the right approach, and overall how to strengthen your relationship tremendously.

TRIGGER WORKBOOK ONLINE: Utilizing ‘The Dip Scale’ throughout the day, week, and month, recognize what their triggers are. We recommend tracking for at least 90 days. This will enable you to see what needs to be done to manage, avoid or even eliminate triggers. When this analysis happens, together you can minimize the length and severity of their mental dips. Subscription: Includes weekly live Q&A access, a community forum, professional medical interviews, meditation series, and more.

The download of Lightkeepers is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use Lightkeepers app, we offer one of the following options:

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Readout full Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy:
