Having a family member or friend struggle with depression and/or anxiety can feel very powerless. You probably want to help, but you don’t know how. Your efforts to help seem to backfire and result in even more distance. Maybe you have tried things already and there is still little to no improvement. You probably feel like there is so much out of your control and you just want your loved one back.

CHIEF MASTER CLASS: We help you understand what depression is, sources of depression, managing triggers, how to recruit extended family/neighbors/ friends, resources to try for your loved one, and more! Powerful content!

TRIGGER WORKBOOK ONLINE: Utilizing ‘The Dip Scale’ throughout the day, week, and month, recognize what their triggers are. We recommend tracking for at least 90 days. This will enable you to see what needs to be done to manage, avoid or even eliminate triggers. When this analysis happens, together you can minimize the length and severity of their mental dips. The download of Lightkeepers is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use Lightkeepers app, we offer one of the following options:
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
