TRIGGER WORKBOOK ONLINE: Utilizing ‘The Dip Scale’ throughout the day, week, and month, recognize what their triggers are. We recommend tracking for at least 90 days. This will enable you to see what needs to be done to manage, avoid or even eliminate triggers. When this analysis happens, together you can minimize the length and severity of their mental dips.
