描述
Lingdys Lesevenn gir god høytlesingsstøtte. Den gir adgang til skriftlig tekstmateriale og dokumenter for alle. Bruk din iPhone, iPod Touch eller iPad og gjør som følger:
1. Ta et bilde av teksten eller velg et bilde fra kameraminnet.
2. Marker den delen av teksten du vil høre ved hjelp av fingeren eller en stylus/pekepenn.
3. Hør på den oppleste teksten.
Lingdys Lesevenn leser umiddelbart teksten for deg med en stemme på det språket du har valgt (norsk eller engelsk).
Med fingeren (eller stylus/pekepenn) kan du markere all teksten, ord for ord eller linje for linje. Trykk hvor som helst på skjermen for å stoppe opplesingen. Lingdys Lesevenn kan også brukes med den innebygde iOS VoiceOver adgangsfunksjonen, som gir blinde og svaksynte adgang til teksten.
Lingdys Lesevenn har ingen internettilgang så den kan fint brukes som en dataleser under eksamen og prøver ved å hjelpe studenter som har lesevansker (f.eks. studenter med dysleksi) med å høre eksamensteksten og informasjon. Den kan også brukes for å raskt omgjøre bilder av utdelt klassemateriale, presentasjoner på trykk, bøker, m.m. til opplesbar tekst.
Lingdys Lesevenn bruker den seneste tekstgjenkjenningsteknologien - Optical Character Recognition (OCR) - for å gjøre om dine bilder til tekst. Lingdys Lesevenn bruker iOS sine systemstemmer for å høy lese teksten for deg, men for opplesing av nynorsk og bokmål får du stemmene Isak og Inger fra Lingit.
Lingdys Lesevenn støtter opplesing av tekst på følgende skriftspråk for alle med lisens på Programpakke Lingdys eller Programpakke Textpilot fra Lingit:
- Norsk bokmål
- Norsk nynorsk
- Engelsk
