One way to explain, it is collection of habitual response to the outside world. These are called paradigms and are hidden in every cell of our body stored as guidelines in our subconscious part of the mind. This started while we were in our mothers womb and through our switching station in our brain is how we act and this gives us results we see in our lifetime. Is like programs that react depending on outside stimuli, here is the part that many are not aware of, we are reacting to external world not understanding we can respond on our unique way. Specifically if we listen to our heart and our feelings showing us there is much more options or ways to live our life. The sad game of following the follower ends in frustration as we all are so special beings with talents unique to us. We can achieve anything we desire, as long as we do not blame or hurt others or our self. This app was created to train our desired lifestyle by our own and this is what we call discipline. They’re only two ways to change our set-ing: By strong emotional impact like a heavy accident for example or true constant repetition just like we did in early stage of life through schooling. We need to constantly reminding and writing or spell-ing ourselves, as this is most impactful way to impress our subconscious mind. Is how the top 5% of population who is set for life did it. All the diseases of humanity have developed by not understanding we are the captains of our soul, we are responsible to become rich in health wealth and happiness. Those who are not, simply leave lives dictated by outside world. If you are not able to control your mind, you can be sure the mind will control you. Being a copycat is cheap, while being unique is you who set the price. I have retired from this rat race at age 38 and lived my dream life even before, now it’s just getting better and better. Actually in times of lockdown I did the best year of my life. Why? Because I never gave up training my mind. I became commander of my soul and so can you. Stop right now wondering what will happen, you have ability to change as you desire. Just write it down and go and do it. And remember one thing; no matter how scary it looks like - nobody gets out of this game alive. Be yourself and love yourself. Decide who you want to be and train just like any other muscle of your body. Mind is trained the same way, if you want to train some particular muscles of your body you go to the gym every day or you do certain activity in sports. Well mind is developed the same way. Never give up. You are amazing and you can do it. Start today, do not procrastinate till tomorrow. Inside this app you will find the instructions on how to do it. App is constructed to help you get order in your life with discipline.
