How Kids Can Use the Game?
My Journey to Me allows kids to express and manage their emotions via a customisable avatar in an interactive environment. Kids will have the opportunity to interact with animated characters, add new features to their landscape, complete social and emotional learning activities, create and save drawings to their journal, receive communication from their carers, as well as relax with a guided meditation!
How Carers Can Use the Game?
Parents and carers are able to view and comment on completed creative processes and drawings saved to the shared journal, enhancing communication and revealing valuable insight into the child’s inner working model that can be used to access further support if needed.
Who is it for?
Research suggests that all children who have access and participate in Social and Emotional Learning programs, not only those experiencing mental health issues will become more resilient and experience increased wellbeing. (Casel,2018)

Kids who engage with SEL programs at an early age learn better, have better relationships, experience better mental health, make better life choices and enjoy better socio economic outcomes into their future.
Art Therapy is a powerful tool that allows children to safely process their experiences, build resilience and discover their potential. Creative expression and meaning making can encourage emotional regulation, stress relief, sense of belonging and improved communication.
