Brain Breaks og små aktive pauser.
Vi kender det alle - det kan være utrolig hårdt at sidde stille og koncentrere sig i lang tid. Man sidder og kæmper med en opgave, som bare er umulig at finde hoved og hale i. Man tager en pause fra opgaven, går en tur på toilettet, kaster lidt vand i hovedet, og når man kommer tilbage til opgaven, kan man pludselig se, hvordan det hele hænger sammen. Vi har givet os selv et “Brain Break” med den lille gåtur - en lille pause til hjernen og lidt bevægelse til kroppen, som gør os mere klare i hovedet og skærper koncentrationen!
En Brain Break er en kort fysisk udfoldelse, der fungerer som et energiskabende afbræk i undervisningen. Brain Breaks varer typisk 3-5 minutter, og kan udføres alene eller sammen med andre.
De Brain Breaks jeg sender ud igennem MyBreak, vil oftest være aktiviteter, som skal udføres i fællesskab med en eller flere, da jeg mener, at man herigennem kan styrke fællesskabet i klassen. For mig er det vigtigt, at de små aktive pauser også er sjove, og de skal helst give et smil på læben. Igennem smil og sjove fælles oplevelser, styrkes fællesskabet og glæden ved bevægelse.
